With ArchiFM WebServer your FM-data is accessible from any computer equipped with Internet browser. ArchiFM WebServer also allows the use of additional functions to calculate or evaluate as well as interfaces to MS Word and MS Excel. Most important characteristics of ArchiFM WebServer are:

Access to virtually all functions

WebServer includes the following functions of ArchiFM: Building-Information system, Maintenance and Service/Care, Tenant management, Area management, Inventory management and CAD-viewer. Furthermore you have the opportunity to insert drafts and comments directly to the graphics or to exchange them with other users with a so-called “Redlining”.

Evaluation of building data

ArchiFM WebServer offers you a comfortable evaluation of all building relevant data. For example: accountancy needs a list of your employees/colleagues who are assigned to a certain cost center, any department can obtain necessary data through WebServer just as well as a concierge who would like to know when and by which company air-conditioning was serviced.

Visualizing Plans

With WebServer you can access all building plans, room information etc., or you can look at a single 3D inventory-item from any side.

Definition of own reports

With the help of integrated tools to generate/create database reports you can generate any/optional analysis/evaluation/reporting. Therewith/So you can also design/create your own layouts, you can add graphics or company logos and as the case may be/if necessary you can also perform calculations within the report at the same time.

Free to design facing

With the help of HTML site-description it’s easy to create any desired facing. For example a company needs definite input formulas according to certain functions, than you can create/design the corresponding HTML-sites.

ASP and client abilities

The software ArchiFM has also client capabilities, i.e. you can manage/administer objects separately for more companies. Together with WebServer, client capabilities represent Facility Management as service providing for companies or real estate owners that don’t want to install any FM-solution their selves (Application Service Providing).
