Artlantis Render Upgrade
$159.00 – $298.00
Artlantis 7 offers a number of new features maximizing calculation speed and rendering accuracy. In addition, this latest version introduces Twinlinker, an application allowing users to create and share virtual visits of their Artlantis and Twinmotion projects online instantly and easily. Scroll down for more details on new features.
Artlantis Render is designed for those wanting high-resolution 3D renderings, while Artlantis Studio is ideal for quickly and easily creating high-resolution 3D renderings, panoramas, high quality animations and virtual visits.
Artlantis Render shines in the rendering of still images. It is known for its high quality photo-realistic renderings and fast rendering algorithims. The new, physically correct Artlantis 7 rendering engine, with its legendary simplicity, allows you to create visualizations of an incomparable beauty and quality.
What’s new in Artlantis 7?
Improved artificial lights
The artificial light sampling method, which is more precise, improves the energy diffusion of the light sources in the 3D scene and reinforces the reflection of the satin materials with a brighter gloss.
Smarter anti-aliasing makes it possible to detect the areas to be treated, optimizing calculation and reducing rendering times as a result, with no alteration of the quality of the image.
Twinkler, the virtual visits app
Developed by Abvent R&D, Twinlinker allows you to create and share virtual visits of your projects online instantly and easily. Just export your Artlantis 7 images, panoramas and videos to Twinlinker, then create virtual visits to share widely by email (a simple link) or make available on your website.
Artlantis optimizes the rendering calculation time with the new Render Manager. On your own computer, you use it like the “batch rendering” feature to launch the calculation of images, panoramas and animations locally. Thanks to an application installed on the other Mac or PC computers connected to your local network, the Render Manager scatters the renderings among all the network computers, dramatically reducing the calculation time as a result.
White Balance allows you to adjust the dominant color of a scene to the ambient lighting. Simply set this new parameter to automatic color mode or select a reference color, which will be recognized as white in the 3D scene.
This new option in Artlantis allows users to display a global ambient occlusion to create virtual shadows in small areas where natural light doesn’t go. It brings more depth and relief to both interior and exterior scenes.
During calculation, white model rendering changes all surfaces to white except for those that are transparent. Lights maintain their color for sophisticated environments.
Recognized and recommended by leading software developers, Artlantis communicates directly with ArchiCAD®, Autodesk Revit®, Vectorworks®, Trimble SketchUp Pro®, and Arc + ® …and has many import formats (DXF, DWF, OBJ, FBX and 3DS) used to process models designed with almost all 3D software, without any loss of information. In addition, the «Open with reference’ allows, whatever the exchange format, to make project updates.
