Several users on Mac M3 and M2 computers have reported a crash with ModelPort running Sonoma 14.4.1. This issue is affecting not only ModelPort but also numerous graphics applications including Cinema 4D running MacOS 14.4.1.

To fix this issue follow these steps…

  • Install MacOS Sonoma 14.5 
    • The new Sonoma OS 14.5 is available and solves the issue.
    • Go to your System Settings under the Apple menu
    • Select General and Software Update
    • Follow the steps to update your system
